"Okay, but a bit pricey"
It was alright overall, not bad or anything, but it felt kinda pricey for what it is. I didnt hate it, just not sure I’d pay that much again.
"Just let me read the article"
I don’t know why using bostonglobe.com has to be such a hassle. I’m just trying to read an article, which feels like a basic request, but the site makes it way harder than it should. Pages take forever to load, popups keep jumping in the way, and logging in randomly doesn’t work half the time. After dealing with it for a few minutes, I usually just get frustrated and close the tab.

"I tried canceling my Boston Globe subscription and..."
I tried canceling my Boston Globe subscription and it was frustrating. I figured it would be something I could just do online in a couple minutes, but nope, I had to deal with phone calls and waiting around. It feels like they make it harder than it needs to be on purpose. Ridiculous for something that should be simple

"Good print and easy to read"
The print looks good overall and it’s simple and useful for what I need. It’s still easy to read, though it can be a little smudgy sometimes.

"I’ve been reading BostonGlobe.com for a..."
I’ve been reading BostonGlobe.com for a while, and I really like that it’s not just wall-to-wall politics. I’ll usually find a good mix of local news, food pieces, sports, and opinion columns, which makes it easy to browse around depending on what I’m in the mood for. A few articles can feel a little repetitive sometimes, but in my experience there’s almost always something interesting or useful to read.

"Login process is confusing and frustrating"
I’ve had a really hard time just trying to get into my account. It keeps logging me out, the password reset doesn’t seem to work, and the account page just sits there spinning. I was expecting clearer instructions or some kind of guidance on what to do next, because right now it’s frustrating.
"Feels overpriced and the slow responses didn’t help"
I don’t think it’s worth the price, especially since it keeps going up. I also expected quicker responses when I had questions, so the whole experience just felt more frustrating than it should have.

"Feels way too one-sided now"
I used to read the Boston Globe regularly, but lately it just feels super one-sided politically. The headlines and stories all seem to come from the same angle, and after a while I’m sitting there like, make it make sense. I don’t mind opinion pieces at all, but I do wish the actual news felt a little more balanced and fair.

"Pretty hard to trust their coverage lately"
I used to read the Boston Globe regularly, but lately the reporting just feels too slanted for me. Some pieces come across more like opinion than straight news, and when there are corrections or missing context, it doesn’t exactly help build confidence. I don’t feel like I’m getting a fair picture anymore

"digital access keeps messing up"
i have a paid subscription, but i still get randomly locked out of my account. support usually gets it working again, but then the same thing happens later. it’s really frustrating to keep dealing with this.

"Delivery Support Was Polite, I Guess"
I called twice about my missing paper, and while the support team was nice enough on the phone, that didn’t exactly help get the paper to my house. After all that, it still never showed up

"Getting a refund was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I cancelled my subscription and figured the refund would be straightforward, but it turned into a hassle. I had to reach out more than once, and the replies I got were mostly vague and not very helpful. It kind of felt like nobody really wanted to take responsibility for it. I’m still not even sure when the money is supposed to come back, which is the part that bothers me the most. For a site as big as bostonglobe.com, I expected this to be handled a lot better.

"Clear billing, but I wish I’d had more notice"
Overall, the charges were easy to understand, which I appreciated. My only regret is not getting a renewal email a bit earlier, because I would’ve liked more time to review everything before it went through

"Still Not Fixed"
I’ve been dealing with the same tech issue for way too long, and support still hasn’t been able to fix it for me. I kept hoping it would get resolved, but it just dragged on with no real solution. it’s been really frustrating and disappointing.

"Showed up late again"
The paper barely made it on time, and it’s getting annoying. This has happened before, and when you’re waiting on it for what you need, it’s just frustrating.

"I keep clicking on Boston Globe stories..."
I keep clicking on Boston Globe stories because the headline makes it sound like one thing, and then the article ends up being way less clear or not really about that at all. It feels like the headlines are written more to get a reaction than to actually explain what the story is about.
The reporting itself might be fine sometimes, but once the headline feels misleading, it makes it hard to trust the rest of it. If I’m paying for access, I expect better than clickbait-style framing, and some kind of credit or compensation would feel fair when this keeps happening.

"I signed up for the Boston Globe..."
I signed up for the Boston Globe thinking I’d just give it a try for a little while, but the whole renewal process ended up being way more frustrating than expected.
You feel like it’s super easy to get charged again, but once you try to stop or figure out what’s happening, you’re suddenly digging through menus and unclear options. It just shouldn’t take that much effort.
The news itself might be perfectly fine, but the subscription experience really put me off. I don’t see myself signing up again after dealing with that

"Local emails could use some cleanup"
I signed up for the local news emails hoping to keep up with what’s going on, and there were a few useful updates in there. But overall it felt cluttered, with a lot of repeat stories and random promos mixed in. They also sent more often than I expected, so I ended up unsubscribing after about a week.

"Honestly, the app is kind of a pain"
I’m just trying to read the Globe in the morning and the app makes it weirdly hard. It freezes, logs me out for no reason, and even on solid Wi-Fi the pages take forever to load. I don’t know, it’s just... frustrating. I want the news, not a whole little battle with the app every day.

"Paywall made the whole visit feel pointless"
I kept clicking articles that looked like regular links from search, and every single one ended up stuck behind a paywall. I understand news sites have to make money, but it just felt like I burned time and energy for nothing.
I also tried to find clear subscription details, like pricing or how to cancel, and that was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Between the popups, prompts, and confusing info, I got annoyed and gave up. I ended up reading the same story somewhere else
